Issues with aircon and was when london had heat wave! Was moved 3 times but cannot fault the staff who tried so hard and were amazing to deal with through out it all! Credit to them all dealing with it all! Both day and night staff were fabulous. And yes the breakfast was perfect lots of choice and great options!

The staff were very helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and the air conditioning was very much appreciated in the extremely hot heatwave. The bathroom was very large. The shower was very good. The only negative point was the wash basin in the bathroom was tiny. In view of the large size of the bathroom a much larger wsh basin could easily have been installed.

Wellplaced for our theatre visit at The Barbican . Very helpful staff throughout hotel rooms clean a little tired ours had missing row of lights in ceiling not working and faulty plug in bathroom . Did not find the breakfast that thrilling but was okay .

Extremely nice place to stay within walking distance of Liverpool Street station. Superb staff and welcoming reception area with places to chill. Our room was very spacious with everything you would need for a short stay. Felt like we got a lot more quality than we expected for the price. Extremely comfortable bed and for a big hotel with lots of rooms there was zero noise at night giving a great nights sleep. We would rather stay here and do the short trip into central London by cab bus or tube than stay in a very small room for a lot more money.

We arrived & initially panicked as we were told that they could not accommodate us due to a maintenance issue. However, we were upgraded to the sister hotel 10mins away with better facilities (pool, sauna etc) & had a free breakfast thrown in for the inconvenience of the walk there. Customer service at its best. We had a fabulous stay in the other hotel. I have booked again for next year.
