"Great staff (really helpful), great location -- ideally located between two transit lines, with one only 4 minutes away. Lots of options nearby (5-10 mn walk) for food, konbini, bars, etc. Really good breakfast included, with lots of options for a Western palate -- bagels, quick breads, desserts -- and a coffee bar. Cute, little bar inside the hotel for evenings, too. Have a great selection of vinyl to take back to the room, and the reception seems to always be playing amazing hip-hop classics. they'll store luggage for you if arriving early or leaving after check-out. washer (400 yen) and dryer (200 yen) available, and the front desk can make change for 100 yen coins. the rooms are utilitarian. the walls were scuffed and carpet a bit dingy, but otherwise clean and functional. very firm beds, but two pillows of different types. mini-fridge was useful. the bathroom is a bit cramped and the curtain doesn't really keep out the water well, so treat it more as a wet room. overall recommended!"

"NO RECOMENDABLE, TERRIBLE! Todo el personal muy amable, es lo único bueno que puedo comentar sobre este hotel. Reservamos 10 noches y en cuanto entramos a la habitación solicitamos la cancelación, para reservar nos basámos en las fotos y no hay relación de las fotos publicadas con las habitaciones en la realidad, no se si en verdad tengan esas habitaciones que publican pero la que nos asignaron a nosotros estaba exageradamente pequeña, llena de muebles viejos que solo estorbaban, solo había un mini pasillo por el cual subir a la cama, creo que le seria imposible desplazarse por la habitación a alguien con un poco de sobrepeso, la alfombra super sucia, las toallas "limpias" estaban llenas de cabellos, las almohadas duras e incomodas, el lavabo dentro de la regadera, no había lugar para poner la mochila, menos una maleta, el area se sentía sola, no nos sentíamos seguros. El hotel ofrecía desayuno, no podemos opinar sobre eso porque solo queríamos salir de ese hotel así que no lo probamos. "

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"

"The room was clean and a good size. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth. They have an area to lock up your bags if you need to with plenty of space. It was a short walk to Shinjuku station, so it was really convenient to get around the area. Would definitely stay here again. "
