"Perfect location in Shinjuku, walking distance from the train station. Great hotel, clean, good amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Had a room with 4 beds and enough room for a family of 4 with grown kids. Hotel kept our luggage for us after check-out since we had a late flight. Would definitely recommend "

"We found the hotel to be located conveniently in Shinjuku. Tokyo is wide and transportation access will be crucial to get places, and the hotel is six minutes away from Shinjuku station. There are numerous shops, stores and food spots minutes away. The building is in great condition, the room was spacious and very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. We were offered a later check-out time as an option due to our VIP membership which was nice of them. We did not have breakfast here, but they did also offer us a discounted price and they have both Japanese and Western available. Overall, the hotel was great!"

"As others have said rooms are small, walls are thin so sound travels. Location very good. Would I stay here again, for money yes, but you get what your pay for. "

"Rooms are always clean and taking care of, the bed oh my God Tokio was our last hotel in our trip and I was finally able to sleep the point the whole family fall asleep until next day, convenient location the cafeteria o round the corner my god delicious prices are great every day they have diferente food to choose from and their coffee 😋 Train station close by so yes I highly recomend this hotel "

"Perfectly located if you want to explore the Shimikitazawa area, music/arts scene. There is also a train station close by for easy travel to Shinjuku. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. Rooms come with a record player and the lobby has a vast selection of records to borrow. The lobby area also has a nice coffee bar. 5 stars!!!!!"
