"The room was clean and quiet, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the amenities were fine. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrobes instead of just one, but we got by ok. We ate in both the pub and diner and had really good food and service in both places. We enjoyed our overnight stop in beautiful Ketchikan very much! The trick to enjoying coastal Alaska (like anywhere worth seeing) is to not look too closely at prices."

"We arrived after midnight and checked in and found our bed had crumbs on the comforter AND within the sheets!!! The entire facility was very grungy/old. The room doors are hollow core (terrible for fire safety and security). Our window was overlooking a common walkway but our window screen was bent (would let insects and people through) and our window lock was Broken so we were given a dowel to secure it…. Will not be back here or maybe any travel lodge. Ick. "

"We had a great stay! The hotel is older, but has been kept up and was clean, there was plenty of room, and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was simple but adequate and again, wonderful staff. It’s right downtown making shopping and restaurants very walkable. We would gladly stay again."
