"I can say that I’d stay here again. By far my best hotel experience in my life. I’ve stayed in top of the line 4 and 5 star hotels but what I loved the most here were the beds, towels and above all the restaurant. In the five days I was there every meal was delicious and the quality of the food preparation and cooking was excellent. The only thing better than what I’ve explained was the employees. "Our lovey hostess, Vicki, and her staff were absolutely wonderful. She picked us up at the visitor center, took us anywhere we needed to go, and was kind and friendly. The Eagle Bay Inn is not fancy, nor in a beautiful part of town, but Sitka is a must -see, and VickI was a terrific ambassador."

"We reserved a standard double queen room and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was more like a suite with a sitting area and tiny kitchen area with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Also, we were expecting continental breakfast, but the hotel offered 3 hot options that were delivered to the room at no extra charge. "
