The lobby downstairs is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of work areas and even a lovely garden. The staff were amazing both the reception team and the maintenance person went above and beyond, even helping us fix my son’s buggy after it got squeezed on a bus. Truly appreciated their kindness.
