"I loved the way this older historic hotel has been renovated. The original floors, lobby and main rooms remind you of its history while the rooms, bedding, and amenities are up to date. The music in the various rooms changes creating an ambiance reminder of the old mixed with the new. Staff is very very attentive. I loved seeing the children at the pool, playing on the extensive lawn and all dressed in their resort casual for dinners. It reminded me of all the special reasons families love this resort. We really enjoyed the "specialness" of this place. "

"First off it’s Judy and my granddaughter and great granddaughter had a blast. Cabin was nice (wish they had a table or bench in bedrooms to put your suitcase on). But other than that the cabin was clean and the owners were very nice indeed"
