The intra-muros area of St. Malo is small, so everything is close - the ramparts and beach are a 5-minute walk and there is a wide selection of boulangeries and restaurants close by. My only criticism is driving and parking in the area, as highly pedestrianised, lots of one way streets and very tight parking bays. I wouldn't visit towing a caravan or trailer!"
