"This was a great (and convenient!) base for exploring Skye and the northwestern Highlands - and would be perfect for a large group. The hostess was always immediately responsive and thoughtfully provided a great "goodie bag" of food and drink, the house and grounds were tidy and comfortable with all the mod cons (we thanked heaven for the clothes washer and dryer!). I had anticipated having to "rough it" in a relatively-remote area, but this was perfectly lovely. Highly recommended. "

"A great place to stay, just far enough away from Sky to be away from the busy tourist stuff but close enough to spend the day on the island. If you like hiking there are amazing trails right next to the cabin along a river that has some waterfalls. There are a couple of villages that are close by with great food options, if you don't feel like cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The hostess are very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Would defiantly recommend...

"Me and my family had been to stay last year, and we all fell in love with the lodge and the surrounding area. We came back this year and loved it just as much. The lodge has everything that you could need. The rooms are so cosy, and the outdoor space is perfect for a coffee in the morning sunshine. We will all definitely be back again!"

"We arrived and everything was just lovely, the area and cabin was beautiful, we had everything we needed, we had a very comfortable stay. We were just a few miles from Skye which we wanted to see so location was perfect. Plockton was just 2 miles away another pretty location for us to visit and have lovely meals there too. We would love to come back again. "
