"Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff were top notch in terms of friendliness. Bus stop right next to the hotel makes for easy transportation to/from downtown Lucerne. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel, absolutely fantastic customer service. Beds were super comfy, such a cute place! The only drawbacks is it was to hot. No cooling system, and the breakfast isnt worth the price. "
