"Breakfast was okay, I came at around 8:20 and the food was cold but it was good and the service was lovely. Laundry machines are limited to 4 driers and washers, would recommend going early in the morning. Staff tried their best to be accommodating and did very well. Express checkout is a nice touch. Clean linens were at the door every day. When staying, please keep in mind staircases are not for general use, and elevators get extremely busy during checkout time. Would recommend getting downstairs before having to wait 10-15 minutes."

"Loved this spot! Staff were super friendly. The room had everything you need in it. We were able to shuffle the room around a little to fit the portacot and had quite a bit of space still. 10 min walk to Ginza line train which was easy! Definitely recommend"

"Bed was better than business hotels. Bed size at least as large as a full where my wife and I had room to stretch (i'm 6' tall), right firmness (wife did not get back problems, and room size was almost 50% larger than cheap business hotel. Only about 20meters to a Ueno Sta. exit (forgot exit#). Short walk to Ameyokocho for food, shopping and Ueno Patk. Front Desk and cleaning staff very helpful."
