"Room was well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is conveniently located near train stations and restaurants. Air conditioning kept the room quite cool and room was not dusty. I would probably choose this hotel again if I was in Ueno."

"Conveniently(~11min walk) to Ueno station to get around to all areas via Tokyo metro and JR lines. Lots of shopping and dining options in around the area. Room was spacious for our family of 5 with a dining and kitchenette fully equipped and an in-suite laundry machine. "

The food was excellent at each buffet, though we thought the dinner buffet was overpriced. The hotel was very conveniently located just a short walk away from a subway stop.
