"The property needs to be cleaned. When first arriving I wiped down the kitchen counter and it had dried sticky stuff all over. The cupboard doors are filthy, there are no dish cloths or towels, how are you supposed to wash the dishes? No washcloths in the bathroom, no condiments in the kitchen other than sugar. "We loved staying here! Would 100% stay again.Really clean and comfortable! Loved the mattress. Easy check in and out. Close to great businesses for dining or shopping. Close to the Brown line and a few buses for all our transit needs. Air-conditioned, thank god! There were all the amenities you expect like pots and pans, soap and shampoo in the shower, and even an iron and ironing board! "Very good place over all, the area is safe from my experience. Subway is a 10 min walk from there, and a few places to go pickup a coffee or just needs. Communication with the host was good, unfortunately they are firm on their check in times. Got to airport at around 10:30 AM or earlier, so i texted the host to see if i can check in early but i had to wait because “the cleaning lady” was not done. So from 10:30 to check in time which i believe was 3pm i had to go eat and buy necessities with...

"My sister and I came to Chicago for a Cubs game. Toby’s place was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to Wrigley (about 3 miles) and the neighborhood. We felt safe, slept great and everything from check in, parking, and check out was great. "
