"Great location with short walks to all the great restaurants, shopping, Piazza San Marco, Saint Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, & the docks. But also with just the right amount of distance that we weren’t bothered by excess noise from all the people wandering the alleys. Staff was wonderful. Allow them to arrange your water taxi rides to/from the airport or train station so you are dropped off or picked up right from their lobby (fair pricing too!). Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is an odd odor that makes everything feel musty & the stairs leading to our floor that were quite the trip hazard. Rooms are opulent & comfortable overall. "

"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"Hotel was at a great location, half way from train station and St Marks Square. Rooms we had were clean and comfortable bed. Staff were all very helpful, they gave us good recommendations on food and helped booking us a water taxi to airport. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop lounge has a great view of the canal. "I booked in the annex building and was assigned to Room 509. I am 5’ll” in height and kept hitting my head on the room’s ceiling beams. Not sure if all the rooms are all the same. Other than that, the location is perfect and centrally located in Venice, the hotel staff are great, and the hotel is very clean. "
