"El dueño no contesta el telefono le llame como 50veses yo no conosco santander estava viajando por trabajo me arruino todo yo no se como anuncian estos hoteles lo ciento es mi opinion y ensima no se puede fumar esta loco el gerente no se que pensar entonses para que ponen anuncios me quede sin trabajo y todo porque no anuncia donde esta el hotel hay mucha gente que no conose santander"

"Ancor prima di arrivare nella struttura abbiamo avuto il primo problema: per la struttura c’era un errore del prezzo e dovevamo pagare altri 75€. Questa é stata risolta da Expedia con la struttura che ha ACCETTATO la prenotazione. Arriviamo e la proprietaria fa finta di nulla e afferma di aspettare 3 persone e non 6. "El albergue no admite reservas de Hoteles.com y tube que dormir en la calle. Hoteles.com símplemente me a reembolsado el importe. ¡Una vergüenza! The hostel does not accept reservations over hotels.com. Hotels.com just reimbursed me the amount I paid. What a shame!"
