"This was our 3rd August on the central coast of California and as usual it was cool. We are from Texas.This house was the most unique and interesting. It is a bit of a drive from anywhere and the driveway can be difficult to spot but if you pay attention to the directions it's not a problem.The bedroom and 2 baths were just great, every thing you could possibly need or want. Showers were great and the heated floor a real treat.Kitchen had everything with Keurig and kettle for my tea. The water filter was great and water was delicious.It did take me a while to figure out the Roku TV but finally was able to watch what we wanted, directions would have been helpful as not everyone has a set up like that.We loved taking the "back way" into Morro Bay, so pretty.The road and 1st turnoff in Montana de Oro was a great vantage point to look back at the 3 stacks and a rock and then continue on to Simpsons Cove.We loved our stay in Los Osos at the ranchita and highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lexy"

"We had a lovely stay here - the place was clean and looked like the photos. I liked that they had a binder with suggestions for what to do in the area - we took their recommendation for a specific hike in Montana de Oro and enjoyed the view from the top.The town is small and quiet, but very cute and has some great bird watching. Perfect for the mini vacation that we were hoping for.Thanks for a great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Sky House! We spent a long weekend celebrating an anniversary with extended family. The house is just as described and fit our party of 10 perfectly. There was something for everyone - beautiful views and quiet ares for the adults and the pool and games for the kids. The dirt road leading to the home is clearly marked and detailed instructions provided by Amanda made the first drive up even easier. We would definitely return!"
