"The property has everything you need and in a stunning setting. The large size and excellent layout of the home meant it never felt like our group (9 adults, 5 children) were crowded at any point. A fantastic play room area between the games room and main sitting area was a fantastic surprise and perfectly located to keep an eye on the kids. The bedrooms are lovely, clean and plenty of space. "What a location, what a beautiful cottage. If you have dogs, love walks, enjoy the beach and seclusion this is the place to go. Special mention to the Borgue Hotel for their hospitality also and amazing food!"

"Hotel very run down, maintenance non existent. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling above bed. Dust everywhere, unable to see out of windows so dirty. Crack in bathroom sink, bath stained and dirty. One bed was stained terrible down the side. On the up breakfast was lovely but tables very sticky so crockery sticking. Apparently this hotel was/is used for homeless people?"

"Our stay at Cladach was superb. The house is spotlessly clean, really nicely furnished & contains everything you could possibly want for the perfect stay. The living/dining area is spacious & there are three good bedrooms including one with a sofa & additional TV if someone needs some downtime. Each room has their own bathroom as well as a cloakroom downstairs.The kitchen is probably the best equipped rental we've ever had, in terms of crockery, cooking utensils etc. Mary really has thought of everything. The location is good overlooking the harbour & it's a nice walk through the village, which has a shop, pub, cafe, childrens play area & even two bowling greens! The views are amazing & there are good coastal walking paths.Booking and communication with the Host was seamless.All in all we believe we struck gold here & very much hope to return in the not too distance future"

"There were 9 of us and a dog. The most important aspect of this house was that it was large and had lots of spaces where people could break out into. Whilst the house was a little tired and needed some maintenance, it was perfect for what we needed for our stay.The kitchen is bigger than the photos and was perfect as we cooked most nights. The dining area was a great place where we could all sit around the large table easily. There was a pool/utility room although the small pool table was wonky with broken cushions so nobody knew where their balls were going. The room with the TV and console in was a great idea, however all of the games were for an Xbox and it was a Playstation! There were plenty of board games.The bedrooms were spacious and the linen was clean.The house was lovely and warm too when it was cold outside.It was nice to have the hotel nearby as the kids loved the swimming pool which was bigger than we expected. They also found a full sized pool table and snooker table (which they wished they'd found earlier!).All in all a great stay and would definitely recommend for large groups."
