Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. "This is the finest hotel I have stayed in while visiting Istanbul. My previous favourite was the Swissôtel; however, this hotel surpasses it in several respects. It is exceptionally new, immaculately clean, and features a contemporary, high-end design throughout. The food is excellent, with an outstanding breakfast offering. The rooms are stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable. The gym is of superior quality, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, and offers a full daily schedule of fitness classes — a level of provision I have not encountered in other Istanbul hotels. Additionally, there is a large, Disney-style children’s play zone next door, along with an adjacent shopping centre. Above all, the service is truly exceptional. I will certainly return."
