"Louis appartement is well located in the nice area of Galata right by the tower. It’s nice and clean, the whole hotel and the rooms are very enjoyable and the lobby / reception very welcoming. I would give 6 stars to the staff if I could. We were welcomed on our first night with traditional tea and coffee and a lot of tips to visit. "A little confusion about check-in time in the beginning, but the hotel very kindly sorted that out. The apartment was clean. We could leave the key at reception for the room to be cleaned during our stay also. Air conditioning was very good. The staff were always available and extremely helpful. Arranged airport transfer at a very reasonable price also. Thankyou very much."
