"This property was not flash, but i absolutely loved it, it felt more like an apartment than a hotel, i had a baseroom room which was very spacious, cooking facilities, bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The bedding was something you would have at home not a hotel. I much prefer this type of experience when travelling over flashy hotels when I am out all day long and return late just to sleep. The price was very good. The hotel manager was very nice. "

"Great spot for exploring local landmarks while on the European side! Nice spot for a family or small group, and the balcony was awesome. Our host was very nice as well. I recommend it for any Istanbul first timer who wants easy access to Hagia Sofia, mosques, bazaar, etc"

"Very disappointing experience.. Not even close to what was shown in the picture.. beds were broken, dirty bedsheets, no washroom slippers, damaged fridge, broken balcony door unlocked. A complete scam.. Pictures shown in add are not real"

"I highly recommend a stay at this property. The room was very nice with a balcony. The location is unbeatable since it is near the Hagia Sophia, Bazaar and transportation. What we enjoyed the most is that the staff was amazing, always asking us if they can do anything to make our stay great and offering drinks. Fatima Murat, Kadir, and Sinan went above and beyond to make our trip to Istanbul the best we’ve trip ever had and we travel very often. Exceptional service. "

"Outstanding historical hotel. A must see even if you aren’t staying in the hotel, the historic lobby is so unique. One of the best breakfasts in the city, but don’t limit yourself to the hotel breakfast only since there are so many wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner places around. The hotel staff were efficient and polite and just very professional. Loved our stay and strongly recommend over some of the more modern hotels if you want to experience Istanbul culture and history. "

"We stayed recently here and were happy overall with our stay. Pool was great …closed at 8pm…not too crowded … Breakfast was good overall…lots of breads and traditional Turkish breakfast…omelettes made to order …service was really good and were all friendly … I would like to thank two individuals particularly who made our stay comfortable …Joseph and I can’t for life of me remember the other guy at reception (had salt pepper hair) were very friendly … Location is about 15 minute walk to main sites which has some uphill walking to do …lots of stores and travel agencies on the way to the main sites Good hot water and pressure …ac was good …spacious room "
