"Very relaxed stay. Short walk from station or book a taxi for a small fee if you have luggage. Ruriko-in temple and Mt Hiei cable car station is very close with lots of hiking and walking trails. "What a beautiful experience we had at the ryokan. A perfect setting overlooking the lake, quiet, no noise from the town below.
