"This is my third stay in this hotel. When I check in, I was assigned a smaller room than the last two stays. Went to the reception, and the concierge Yoshimi intervene and arrange a better room ( same size as last two stays). Feel satisfied. The hotel is right above the Namba OCAT terminal, extremely easy to find, and the Namba Walk is about 200 feet away, with lots of eatery and shops, also close to shinsaibashi (another shopping street)"
