"Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. (Very Unprofessional) The next day was a male receptionist in the front desk and he was very polite and responsive. We told him about the safe box and he sent someone to fix the safe box right away. The hotel provides a good breakfast. The room is small but functional. This is the third time we stayed at Ibis hotel and again the male receptionists were excellent, but the female receptionist need some training/workshop on how to talk to customers. "

"My room was like a small loft apartment. Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool and fitness facilities were good. The free breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of food. Cons: The laundry machine was moldy and dirty. The kitchen had only 2 glasses and no dish soap, so I couldn’t wash anything."
