This was one of the best hotel stays that we have ever had. Every single employee we encountered was great. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The gym and indoor pool/ hot tub were probably the nicest we've ever seen at a hotel. All of the food we ate there was great. The linens on the bed were amazing. The only downside to staying there is that everything is very expensive. However, you get what you pay for!

It started with the check in, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and friendliness. All the details of the hotel were shared with me. We stayed over the weekend as a little getaway and it was the most amazing place we’ve ever stayed. Quiet hotel close to many things. Clean hotel, friendly service. I didn't have the complimentary breakfast but my husband said it was much better than other hotels we've been to. Would stay again.

We were pretty much in and out, but we loved the atmosphere, the ease of checking in and out, and the fact that it was very clean and nice. I did like the vibe overall.

You and your staff made a difficuly weekend for our family after a year ago tragedy easier and lighter. Linzy in the Bar and restaurant was especially kind......the food fantastic, the music delightful and the service from the Bellman to front desk were so polite and helpful

We loved our stay at Cherry Warehouse and would return. Received detailed instructions for parking and entry. Lovely room that felt like we were in a studio apartment, not a hotel room, with very comfortable bed and bedding. Enjoyed the rooftop patio, appreciated the Nespresso in the common area, the decor and art books all made it a special place to stay. Good location, walking distance to National WWI Museum and the free Kansas City Streetcar. Great breakfast at The Garage across the street.

It was just like coming home after a long day. Fresh cookies on the table. Pam is a wonderful cook and hostess. When 8 of us returned from the Rolling Stones concert. there were cookies(2 kinds),brownies and popcorn waiting for us. rooms were wonderfully decorated. On our return list of places.

1812 was clean, comfortable, and felt like a safe place to be in the heart of downtown Kansas City. The owner and our host were so friendly and they are proud of the building and its history. Highly recommended.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the tram that will take you to Union station or to the City Market by the river. The Downtown area may not have all the character of Crossroads or Westport but it is only a relatively short trip to reach those areas.

The hotel was new and nicely maintained. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We were just passing through town with a day at the zoo and this hotel was very convenient for us to get to and easy to get back on the road again.

Great hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Great pool with hot tub. We never got to use the hot tub because a whole group was gathered round it drinking beer until it closed. But it's open late, until 11 which is nice when you're traveling long distances.

It was wonderful. Clean and kept up vey well.

Place was very clean and nice, would stay here again if ever in the area.
