"Celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and Father's Day weekend with our family couldn't have been more enjoyable at this beautiful condo. Very clean, spacious and the amenities and location was ideal. Lots of walkable restaurants and shops, and the short walk to the pier was fantastic. Beautiful view of the beach and sunrises will always be remembered. Highly recommend and can't wait to return."

"My husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed a place to stay near by. It was clean and comfortable, and close by. The only negative was the major road construction that obstructed the entrance of the building the entire stay. And at one point the water was even turned off due to the construction. I was told that the owners were notified and I feel that this should have been communicated to us. We would stay again, if there was no construction."

"The entryway and doors are dingy? But, as the door opens the sight is delightful. The condo has been updated and is very attractive. It is located right on the beach with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The sliding doors to the deck and the second set that seals the deck from the weather are filthy and need maintenance. The beach furniture provided was very old and all but 1 chair and the only umbrella were broken or rusted shut. This is unacceptable as new chairs and a 2nd umbrella are not...

"Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!"

"The location was great. However the furnishings are overdue for replacement. The only bed was not comfortable & should be updated to a queen instead of a full. The counters in the bathroom were unusually tall & might be difficult for shorter guests to use. The sofa was lumpy & should be replaced."

"We did this trip for my dad’s 70th birthday, it was perfect! If/when my mom & dad wanted to stay in, view from balcony was like we were on beach. Sunrise & sunset is amazing. Owner gave us tidbits every day & made sure to check on us & give us what we needed. My mom is handicap & property is one level with elevator access which is HUGE for us. "This was our first family vacation with our one year old so I wanted something that would be able to accommodate him. This property was perfect! It’s within walking distance to the beach, the condo parking is right in front of the entrance and being on the ground floor by the pool and grassy area for him to play was exactly what we needed! However this was not an issue for us. The view of the ocean from the balcony was enough for me to overlook any small details.
