Beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery. Nice restaurants five minutes away by beach. Golf cart big plus. Beautiful pools and local attractions 30 minutes to an hour away.

Perfect stay in a perfect place!

We loved our visit and Norman's condo. It was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. It was stocked with everything we needed, we just bought our own food and spices. The golf cart made everything more fun! Los Suenos is our favorite place to totally relax and unwind, and this condo was amazing.

Delightful

We stayed at Norman's wonderful condo four nights in late June/early July. Los Suenos is a delightful community. We used Norman's golf cart and rented a second for our family of 8. We used the golf cart to get some necessities at the store but mostly ate dinner out at the many restaurants nearby. On site there are several restaurants at the Marriot or the Marina (both about 1 mile away by road. Off property (about 1/2 mile - walkable) are several other restaurants (Coco's and several others including a soda). The beach club is amazing with a swim up bar and a soccer field nearby where we played and saw Macaws. Norman responded quickly to anything we asked. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there.

Beautiful views!

Our family of 7 just returned from a 5 days stay in Del Mar 3-E, Los Sueños. The condo had plenty of room for the 7 of us, and we had room for one more. The condo over looks the pool, golf course, ocean, and mountains. It’s an ideal setting. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning and watching the scarlet macaws fly overhead. The condo has everything you need. We were able to buy groceries from just down the street, at the market, thanks to the golf cart that came with the condo. We bought groceries and had everything we needed to make full meals for our family. There are also several good restaurants inside the resort, as well as within walking distance (or golf cart) along the street outside of the resort. The ones outside are a little more affordable and more traditional Costa Rican food. We also used the golf cart to take us to the beach. It’s a longer walk or ride to go to the beach within the resort than it is to go outside. All beaches are public, so it doesn’t matter where you enter the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach. It’s picturesque with an island just off shore. There are trees in which you can hang a hammock, or just enjoy the shade. There were plenty of towels in the condo for us to use at the beach. We also got a lot of use out of the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of hiking in the park. The National park Manuel Antonio is only an hour away and Norman referred us to a great transportation service that took us everywhere we wanted to go. Norman was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was incredibly helpful for us and we really appreciated it. It was an ideal vacation! We hope we can go back again soon.

REALLY ENJOYABLE STAY

The condo was great. Top floor. Amazing view. Clean. Well equipped. We literally had everything we needed. The owner Norman was on point with communication. Answered questions quickly and ensured that our access to the condo and resort was trouble free. The complex is gated with a security person controlling entry. We felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing time

We had a wonderful time at Norman’s condo. We absolutely loved the location, beach club and Los Sueños resort. There was tons to do close to condo. I was traveling with my husband and 3 daughters. Everyone had their own space and having laundry in the condo was so helpful. Norman was a wonderful communicator and gave great recommendations.

Los Suenos

Great stay at Norman’s rental. He was excellent with the communication. The property has a great view, you can hear the ocean in the distance and plenty of birds flying around. Super close to Herradura and the marina.

Amazing first VRBO experience!
