"I enjoyed the hotel I just didnt like paying for parking should all be included in purchase of hotel. I kinda wish the hotel did a breakfast but I know the bigger hotels have restaurants but would of be nice only other thank I liked at some hotels coffee thermoses out for guest to get coffee through the day not just in room all these are just things I like but hotels over all amazing"

"The hotel was the perfect economical location for a family already spending lots of money eating out and recreational activities (amusement parks). The daily breakfast assortment comes in clutch. I would def stay here again."

"The stay overall was good and great for families. We did encounter a few issues with our room itself. Our hotel room had a few webs in corners, and a few hair ties and Bobby pins left under the sink from a prior visitor. The sunroom had a wet spot on the floor, but staff didn’t seem to be too concerned. Our last night (around 9:30pm) we saw a cockroach in our bedroom that took about 15 mins to catch. We notified staff who immediately responded and said they could look around the room, but our 15-month old finally went down to sleep after resisting a nap all day and we didn’t want him to get woken up. I appreciate their responsiveness with calling our room immediately though. When checking out, I again notified the front desk about the water and cockroach and she seemed annoyed that I was telling her about it just to remind someone to check on the issues. Her response was “we don’t normally do that”. Over the weekend, the staff threw a “pool party” with hotdogs and ice pops which was fun. The pools and playground areas were very clean. We were not able to use other amenities due to activities booked prior. As a side note, I do wish resort fees wouldn’t be included in price if we cannot use them. For instance, we didn’t check in until after 10pm, got charged a resort fee for that day, but all the amenities were closed by 9pm."

"Fantastic location for Colonial Williamsburg and other local attractions. Variety of items on breakfast buffet. Rooms cleaned daily. No pets. Plenty of parking. Located on a side street so very quiet."
