"Excessive and nonsensical rules, making the guest experience highly unpleasant: • Breakfast & Access Control: An extra card is required for breakfast and must be used even to exit the area. Specific issues with our room: • Plumbing: The toilet flush is malfunctioning. • Climate Control: The air conditioning is not working properly. • Hygiene: There is a foul odor coming from the drains. • Acoustics: The room lacks soundproof windows, despite facing a busy avenue. • Lighting: The blackout curtains are insufficient."
