"Fabulous hotel , although the bar at the Top of the Mark has fallen in service . We waited about 40 minutes to be seated & although a wait person said they would be right back , they didn’t so we left . This at one time was the best bar in San Francisco . No longer "

"Clean rooms, friendly staff & nice lobby with 24-hour free coffee station. Area around hotel is under construction but street parking was easy. Hotel also has small parking lot but was full. Very central location - would stay here again!"
