"I would have given this property 10 + for location and cleanliness. It has an amazing pool, right next to a shopping center, buses to Funchal center and a levada. Alexandro is a guy that manages the apartment and he is super nice and helpful. The only drawback is the noise from the nearby construction site that happens between 9 and 5 pm. "This is our third stay at this wonderfully located villa. We love Jardim do Mar, and this villa is our No 1 choice for holidays in Madeira. If it had some sort of solar powered pool heating it would be even better. Other than that, it is pretty much perfect, clean, lovely views, spacious and really quite classy."
