Worse of all the Property Manager insinuated that we may have broken the towel rack instead of us finding it that way. "Our host João was very kind and helpful. The property was very good and was as described in the listing. It included all the facilities that we needed and was located a 10 minute walk away from Central Funchal. All in all it served as a lovely base to explore the rest of Madeira from."

"Für einen Aufenthalt im Januar ist das Haus ideal. Direkt am Meer, nur von einer wenig befahrenen Straße getrennt. Bei Sturm ist es dann allerdings wirklich laut. "We found this apartment extremely difficult to find with the directions given. We had to ask help from locals to find it. Perhaps it would have been easier if we had a GPS with us for directions. Once found the apartment was great, very quiet, had all we needed (other than a corkscrew for the wine). A lovely area to visit."
