"I loved the virtual lobby clerk. The room was very clean. My only criticism was the continental breakfast closed at 9am. That was a first. Other than that everything was great."

"I stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen suite and it was fabulous…like a little apartment. The bed is really comfortable, and the ability to stream Netflix is an added bonus. The fitness center is clean and decent-sized. Had no problem finding parking. The only downfall is I stayed 5 nights and they only cleaned the room once. Their policy is to come every other day. I even specifically asked for it to be cleaned again, as I had garbage in the kitchen, but they never came. I have stayed at two nearby hotels, and Hyatt House is the best. Highly recommend!"
