"Our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Beds un-made and dirty, dirty towels on the floor. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t shut so the wind whistled through loudly. Contacted manager who arranged a different room, which wasn’t quite as nice as the room we had “booked” but was fresher. The bathrooms smelt like sewerage after 24hrs and made us feel quite sick. Every 2nd Elevator was broken. What would’ve been a beautiful hotel in its day was now very run down and needed...

Grand Josun Jeju

10/10 Excellent

"Really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable. Everything was clean. They spoiled us with wine, premium Jeju pork jerky, fine bakery goods. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I’d stay again!"

Grand Josun Hill Suite

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed in a suite with a private heated dipping pool on the balcony and it was really wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious and the layout was really well thought out. The property itself is situated in a really nice area close to a lot of local attractions. The staff also went out of their way to make us feel pampered. Well worth the price."

Jeju Bom Stay & Art Gallery

10/10 Excellent

"Location is a little out of the way with limited options for dining nearby but as such is quiet with a lovely sunrise view of farmland stretching to the sea. Museum was a nice extra feature and is worth making a visit during your stay. Breakfast was a set menu every morning but quality and quantity were great and it was nice for us to wake up with eggs for breakfast. Bed's are firm, as we found everywhere in Korea. Staff were very hospitable and spoke English. We enjoyed our stay"

Lotte Hotel Jeju

10/10 Excellent

"Turning onto the resort property, you know right away it's going to be something amazing. We were greeted right away and shown to the registration desk. Their check-in was smooth and fast. The bellmen had our bags to the room almost immediately. Great start to a wonderful stay. Around every corner is a wow moment. The grounds are amazing. The rooms are huge. The onsite restaurants are fantastic. The amenities are outstanding. A very comfortable resort to relax. The walk to the beach is a little challenging, but it's beautiful when you get there. It's in a great location. There are a lot of sights to see and restaurants near by."

The Shilla Jeju

8/10 Good

"Rooms are definitely outdated, beautiful outdoor property with a paved walkway to the beach. Amenities of towels and water was appreciated. Pool use is confusing. Free to use the pools, BUT at the adult pool, all the loungers are paid. So you can put your stuff at a table and swim, but nowhere to put your things or relax. Also an odd thing, we were the only ones in the pool and still they were strict with this system. The family pool whole has free loungers , MUST be booked/reserved still for 2 hour timeslots. Those do not have umbrellas, they have heaters. The pool is heated which is nice and connects to the indoor pool which has free FCFS loungers but this is still a perplexing and odd system/arrangement. We went in October where school has started and it's a little colder and there was no one swimming, which was nice for us, but the loungers situation is odd. The food is also odd. All food on the property isn't the best tasting, but the pricing is SUPER expensive. The proportions are also typically MASSIVE for some dishes, while not for others so often we unfortunately had to throw away significant amounts of food as one dish was good enough for 2, but it's unclear on the menu that is the case."
