"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were torn, the washing machine was outside and did not work. The 'hotel' seemed to be a cheap combination of a flea market, karaoke bar and rooms. The elevator also did not feel entirely safe. I believe the 'hotel' would be shut down if a fire marshal or security firm did a thorough analysis of this place. I highly discourage choosing this place. It is awful!!!"

"The hotel was a perfect location right on the water. The amenities were always clean and presentable and the staff was always very accommodating and friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and was one of our best hotel stays yet. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Jeju."

"An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. "We were a group of 6 including 3 young children. Our room was upgraded, to a very spacious and clean room although I have no doubt our original room would’ve been great as well. Location of the hotel was walking distance to the food market and other good options. There’s a GS25 across the hotel. The staff members made our stay much better. They were very friendly and greeted us every time we returned to the hotel from our daily outings. They also recommended different things to do especially traveling with children. There was no communication conflicts as the staff spoke English. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay at the Grang again, highly recommend!! "
