Negatives: There was no staff available to help check-in. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms?

"I don’t get how this hotel got these high scores reviews. It is cheap for a reason. Pictures seem clean and in good condition. But there were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. Bathtub was dented. Also not real bad sheets, mattresses and pillows. I got a neck ache for a few days. Just a simple cover which was too short to cover our feet. "This is a solid hotel with a nice restaurant that serves a decent buffet breakfast. The beds are extra firm, and housekeeping is attentive and provides bottled water every day. This hotel is within a 8 minute walk to the Jeongbang waterfall and also the Maeil Olle market, both of which are must sees. There is an excellent sushi place 3 minutes away on foot. I would absolutely stay there again."

"I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location is one of its best features it’s situated in Seogwipo-si, close to many of the island’s top attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient.
There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was a huge plus for getting around without needing a car. Whether you’re heading to waterfalls, local markets, or coastal walks, everything felt easily accessible.
