"This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours for them to “clean a room” for us after they tried to turn us away saying they didn’t have a room for us, despite having booked and paid for it 2 weeks prior. Imagine my surprise when we finally get into the room and it is filthy. Half of the pillows had no cases, we had no shower curtain, one of the stove burners was almost totally pulled off, there were visible crumbs on the floor, hair and a dental cheek retractor on the bathroom counter, sticky residue on all of the counter/nightstand tops, trash, candy, and medication by the TV and change and trash in the nightstand drawer. Oh, and the hotel was completely out of clean towels. Do not recommend."

"From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely come back!"
