Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. "Hotel is renovated but severely outdated. Room was not properly cleaned when I arrived, showing evidence of previous guests. Dirt and dust collected heavily in a lot of easily visible places. Sink stopper was broken with some foreign material lodged in the drain. The only working elevator is sketchy. TV is old and was lacking a remote. Hotel is nicely located. Was able to walk to quite a few good restaurants and parks. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful."
