From the check in process with Steve, receiving extra towels (Ms. Housekeeper) thank you to Adriane provided much needed pillows for the bed. Best Team work. Thank you all for making our stay prefect for my cousins celebration graduation party. We appreciate the care and concern given to us during our stay there and the very conversation. Very personable team."

"Checked in late but it went super smooth. In less than 5 minutes. Room was spectacular! Literally spotless & comfortable. The staff at breakfast were extremely nice, helpful & welcoming. I’ve never seen kitchen staff at a hotel actual welcome, interact & check on guest while they eat. Overall 10/10.. I’ll be back."

"The staff here are amazing. So nice and helpful. The location is good also. The convenience of the parking garage to proximity of rooms was also on point. My disappointment was in the room itself. The building is old I understand, however things need work. The air conditioner was very loud and the vents blew the air directly into the bed next to it. The rest of the room was warmer and uncomfortable. The wall paper in the baths need seeing to, it's peeling off. Better quality sheets are also needed. I won't stay here again but it's only because of the physical building is in need of an update. Can't brag on your staff enough. Great people!"

"Staff was really nice. Was able to park right in front of my room which was great for loading in and out. Room was just ok. A little dingy with broken plugs and stained floor but bathroom was pretty clean. Nice big fridge. No coffee maker in room. Security lock on the door was broken, so didn’t feel particularly safe as solo female traveler. Ended up checking out early and booking a different hotel with a safer vibe. Although this was about what you’d expect for the price point. "
