"Overall, the size of the apartment was adequate. The issue we had is that there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment. Therefore, we had to go cash out-of-pocket to find a separate hotel room. We are still awaiting feedback from the property on a refund after alerting them of this issue six days ago. "Staff is great, room was clean. Valet is a nice service. Indoor access to the galleria. Food ok at restaurant though $25 for breakfast was ridiculous. And the TV needs a serious upgrade in the room....only regular cable and no guide....no option for streaming services. Bed was comfortable but pillows were the kind that squish down to nothing. Ok for the price."
