"Our family visited NYC during Memorial weekend and we stayed at this property. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole place felt very clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to our check in time and was quick to respond! Location was great as we took the PATH line to get to the city it was only about a 14 min walk to the station. Would recommend and would stay here again if possible. "

"The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"We enjoyed this property as we visited during the summer heat wave. It was clean, tastefully designed, and the host was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting with family. "

"Large bedrooms and nicely updated kitchen! It was weird that both bathrooms were on the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal. The owner was very responsive and the check in/ check out was a breeze! Close to to restaurants/ lounges as well!"

"Property was as-advertised and was very conveniently located for us as we have family in the neighborhood that didn't have enough space to house everyone for the holidays. Can't beat the price and the restaurant and bar scene in downtown Jersey City is just a short cab/uber ride away. Hosts were very friendly and super responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Great option for anyone looking for more of a neighborhood feel for their stay in the NYC area."
