"Booked last minute as needed one night near the airport after camping with friends at Marina Di Venezia. Check in was easy and Joanna could not have been more helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, and the balcony even had a partial sea view which was a pleasant surprise, and all rooms come with a designated sunbed on the private beach. "Aircon did not work, room was boiling, Natasha from reception promised three times a handy man would come to fix it but did not, finally offered a different room on the FINAL night of stay but did not show to change room. The fridge did not work. The housekeeping walked in on two seperate occasions whilst I was in the room, both times changing before I went out for the day. The shower was tiny. Overall, I would not stay here again. The only positive is the young man behind reception was friendly and positive, I did not get his name."
