"This resort has its perks, including pool and close to beach access. The staff was friendly and seemed approachable upon arrival, will give it props for its agua frescas at the entrance.
Some cons that were evident to me were as follows.
1. Outdated restaurant menus with pricing that were provided on resort bracelet.
2. The carpet within the halls were dirty, but that’s a given due to pool and beach goers. Just seems a bit outdated also and would rather have preferred wood flooring.
3. The pool music was extremely loud for such a small area, would like to be considered that not everyone goes to just party.
4. The gym equipment was reasonable but limited. Also, some of the machines do not work properly.
Overall, I don’t entirely dislike the place. It does seem a bit overpriced for the value and my expectations were a bit higher. It was a weekend getaway and still enjoyed my time, but could be better could be worse.

"Wonderful condo! And Rosanna was an amazing hostess. Cannot recommend this complex enough. And this unit is perfectly appointed. Wonderful beds, plentiful linenes, and well supplied kitchen for thise who like to cook. "
"Better than advertised! Very clean, very well equipped, awesome view, convenient to the beach, and the Renters Guidelines are specific and easy to follow. Especially TV operation. Should we return to SPI, this would be our choice."

"We rented a different place than what we were given due to repairs, but the management team made it right. The check-in directions had us drive to a management office that said “you didn’t have to come here”, so we went to our place. The condo was in a wonderful location in the middle of all the island’s activities (and of course the beach). It was walking distance to restaurants, bars, golf cart rentals, etc. The actual condo was very clean and well supplied with all the essentials. We’d stay here again. It even had two beach chairs and an ice chest for us to use. Check out instructions were simple: take out the trash, turn off lights, and lock the door. Other than the two flights of stairs, this place was ideal. "

"Owner provides all the necessary details for check in. Check-in was very quick. Condo/suite was very clean. All the necessities for the kitchen and bathroom were provided. Very close proximity to the beach, I was able to back and forth from the beach w/o tiring out. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone."
