I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Holiday Inn Express in Calallen, Texas. During one of the most difficult times in my life, while moving my dying mother back to my home in another state, the staff showed us incredible kindness, compassion, and genuine care. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a suite, flowers and gift certificates to their snack store after learning what our family was going through, and that thoughtful gesture meant more than they’ll ever know.
I’ve stayed at this location several times over the years, and every visit has been exceptional. They truly make you feel like family, always greeting you with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. The rooms are comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast is always delicious with plenty of options.
