"The staff was very helfful. We originally had a room on the 2nd floor, but with no elevator and my daughter in a walking boot and unable to climb stairs, the lady at checkin immediatedly changed our room to aground floor with no fuss."

The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. "
"One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! We had a king studio, so comfortable with couch, work desk, 2 tvs (one didn't work so Gabe brought a new tv & remote), comfy bed, beautiful, roomy bathroom (only complaint is needs a higher toilet, hard to get up).
Sarah, the manager (so nice, friendly) came up to figure out why fridge didn't work & plugged it in where it was supposed to go. When husband had medical issue, she recommended a great Urgent Care! Breakfast area was good; roomy, nice variety...
