"Great site.. no food but shops nearby"

"Location was great, nice having live music each afternoon, happy hour was great, pool was nice. Our first night was disappointing as we arrived at midnight and our expensive room had not been serviced and we were given a very substandard room for the night until the next day. There was no reimbursement or gesture of goodwill in regards to this. Instead we received the reply welcome to Darwin. We were glad to be able to have our expensive nice room for the rest of our time in Darwin."

"Sorry but the meals at the Sports Bar was absolutely woeful, both of us agreed that it’s the worst food in the Territory after 60 yrs of travelling and eating out. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Uncle Sam’s over the Sports Bar. Should be ashamed of yourselves for serving that crap up."

"The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is within walking distance to most restaurants. Rates is reasonable! Stayed at H on Smith 3 times in April, May and June 2024. We are from Melbourne and found this hotel very satisfactory!"

"Clean and affordable, looked recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the linen nice and fresh, aircon worked well but tv remote didn’t, tried to use manual buttons but gave up in the end. Overall, it a nice stay, clean and affordable."
