"The staff were very pleasant. The food was ok. But there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage and burning plastic in and around our cabin. Our cabin was located at the back od the resort amongst accomodation for staff. At the back and to the side of our cabin were areas being cleared and burnt. These areas were unsightly, littered with rubbish and used to burn rubbish. The smell of burning plastic was inside our cabin. Most frustratingly the"

Housekeeping was excellent, with the room cleaned daily. The location is also very convenient, being close to shopping malls, Komtar and City Square. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!"

Parking is convenient as we park near the lifts that bring us straight to the hotel. Breakfast is good and though it’s very crowded, the staff could usher us to the seats quickly. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!"

"Great hotel, too bad the pool was under renovation during our stay. My only concern was the aircon and light switch in the room. The aircon seems to only be on one temperature, no matter how you adjust it and the main room light switch was not working. Other than that, all was great"
