"The sheets were clean but the room and bathroom were dusty and unit in bedroom had a sticky surface. Three night stay and bins were not emptied. Very small so soon overflowing. Had to ask for refills of coffee and milk. Poor/lack of storage space. Two twisted plastic hangars. Asked for more and given two wooden ones with were not compatible with hanging space. Eventually 4 black plastic ones were given after wooden ones were returned. No information about local amenities such as supermarket,...

"Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included all with yr room. Recommend for sure "

"Have stayed on quite a number of occasions. Great place in a quiet area ( in spite of the proximity to Perth airport ). Continental breakfast is a great bonus. As usual, the host provided a very fast pickup from the airport even though it was well past midnight. Highly recommened!"
