"Clean room, and all over very clean. Staff very accommodating, I booked 1 day overnight stay in a swim-up room and and check-in and check out were smooth. would have given 4 starts overall but the food at buffet was average to slightly below with minimal variety. All other restaurants were booked that night upon at our 3pm check-in. Wish we would have given opportunity to book a reservation for restaurant at cehck in. "

"Very beautiful view of beach! Safe for solo travel. Did not offer activities listed on website such as snorkeling or kayaking! Food was good other than the snack bar and the staff were very friendly. The drinks were good and house cleaning was okay. Nice property overall!"

"I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were broken. Also had an accent light in the master bedroom that looked like it may have caught on fire before."
