"Eapitia is a very interesting town, we had a truly unique experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff extremely kind and ready to help. We went on the new year’s celebrations, but were not aware that the town host a huge party and fair that leeches out the electricity all over, and the noise is a marvel of decibels. We were without electricity for most of the trip which makes everything very challenging. However we try to roll with it with the help of the great staff of the hotel....

"The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for our group and had great communication. The pictures didnt match up in real life compared to the website. Very lack luster. Because of the photos we expected high-end. But it was definitely not that. The restaurant did have good food but hours are very limited. The breakfast was not included even though it said it was on the reception sign and online. The website also stated it has transportation to the airport. It was just a very run down small taxi that barley made ot to the airport. Next time i would book my own transfer. However thats not the staffs fault but the hotels. All in all it was a great stay and we would be back just because of the kind staff. "

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely town. Great location, clean rooms. The one downside is there was no coffee to be had .. none in the room (which is not unusual in Mexican hotels that aren't run by American companies) but also none in the lobby. This was just a minor inconvenience and wouldn't discourage me from staying again - sharing to give people a head's up"

"We had a room in the far back of the hotel with a small terrace and an outdoor bathing pool. The room was beautiful, comfortable and very quiet. Great air-conditioning. The hotel restaurant was amazing. Food was great and the staff-the best. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend the hotel. It is a short taxi ride into town."
