"We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was so nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the room was really quiet, the shower was large, and there were shampoos/ conditioner/ body wash from Rituals. We had food at the Bistro which wasn't the cheapest (about 25 euros each), but the food was really good. If you want to eat in the restaurant then you need a reservation, but then you don't get to enjoy the patio area next to the pond. The pool and sauna facilities were good. The pool is small, but it wasn't busy when we went in. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was really good. They had a very large selection of different foods. We would definitely recommend! "

"Convenient situation on edge of city for bus or walking access into centre; Also close to autobahn. Friendly staff and clean, well appointed room. Confusion at check out with payment for parking being taken twice? Am currently awaiting a clarification on this."

"After checking in and getting a room with a view across the park in front of the hotel a group gathered in the park and started playing some really loud music, the hotel reception staff immediately offered a different room at the other side of the hotel which although not having such a good view was lovely and quiet!! There was a good selection of bars and restaurants a short walk away."

"I really love this hotel as it’s very easy accessible plus there is always ample, free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful and genuinely seem pleased to serve you and check in is always quick and efficient. The rooms are a great size and the bathrooms are big with a separate shower and bath. We had opted to have breakfast included and the choices are amazing; sooo much to choose from but there is only one thing I’d love for them to improve on. The hot vegetarian options; maybe add hashbrowns or baked beans? Just eggs and mushrooms is a little sad as vegetarian warm choices. Apart from that our stay was excellent as per usual and this is why we keep returning. "

"Easy to find hotel in good location. This hotel has friendly professional staff who look after you during your stay. From check in to checkout they were both knowledgeable and courteous. Rooms are usual Hampton by Hilton clean and comfortable. The room we had was at the side and was very quiet and allowed a good nights sleep. Overall we had no complaints. "
