"We had a wonderful time during our short week in Raleigh/Cary. The property is in close proximity to downtown Cary and only a short, easy drive to most things in the Triangle region. The property is also within walking distance to the Greenway, a beautiful walking trail that leads to a lake and other parks. The home was very neat and well organized and we were able to bring our dog with us. "

"House was perfect: large kitchen & living room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. I especially liked the 3rd story bedroom with private living room. The backyard was tranquil retreat."

"This is a nice property in a quiet condo complex with easy access to the Greenway walk/run trails. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and we slept great. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. The amenities we appreciated included ample toilet paper, paper towel, coffee filters, Kcups, hand and dish soaps, plastic and foil wraps, cotton balls, Qtips and washing machine/dishwaher pods. Cleanliness rating really should be 4.5 only because housekeeping service missed cleaning the oven but we were able to use the air fryer/toaster oven without a problem. Only a few suggestions for improvement: additional hand towels, (we could only find 2), but there were many bath towels. Also would appreciate a baking/ cookie sheet, a roasting pan or Pyrex 9x12, and few basic spices for cooking in.We have family residing nearby and the location was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again in the future! "

"My family and I were really amazing by the condition of the property and how well organized and stocked it was. Every room had a unique design to it, with the right amenities. I was quite thankful for the garage with the rain and all, everything stayed dry. "

"This well-appointed property was perfect for our needs. The bedroom on the ground level with the en suite was perfect for mom and dad. The adult children stayed in the lovely and spacious third floor bedrooms and could stay up later talking and catching up without disturbing mom and dad. The townhouse has easy access to Chapel Hill as well as Raleigh and Durham. There is a lovely Wegmans grocery store that is practically within walking distance. During our week we did a taste test between the nearby Andy’s custard and the classic Carolina Goodberry’s Frozen Custard (our winner). The neighborhood was quiet and lovely and seemed very safe. We would take walks around in the evenings and felt completely safe. There is a little pond directly across the street where a gray heron appeared multiple times. It was lovely."

"Those property was exactly as advertised. We didn't get to use it much but really appreciated that the gander room was air conditioned. Hostas were responsive. We were short one towel. They said go get amber they would reimburse. No questions asked. Seamless. We would highly recommend."
