"Check-in was very smooth, easy and fast. The young man wo checked us in was very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The overall stay at the hotel was ok, the only issue we encountered was Saturday night/Sunday morning. The front desk clerk was less than helpful. Went downstairs to ask her for a bag for the ice chest, however, she was so busy paying attention to her phone she 'claimed' she didnt know where they were. I guess I should have called downstairs before I went down."

It was a quick Uber ride to the arena and back, which was very important to us.The host was very communicative and helpful. We thought we left a vital piece of medical equipment when we left, and the host was getting ready to go search the property for it when we found it in our luggage at home. I would call that service above and beyond what I expected!"
